Upsells

Upsell offers across product, cart, checkout, post-purchase, and thank-you pages — with full analytics.

Intro

Upsells recommends a better or complementary product at the right moment, and measures how often customers accept — so you keep the offers that work and cut the ones that do not.

Set up in your store

Offers only render once the theme and checkout blocks are in place. The Offers page shows a guide titled Show upsell offers in your store (click Show steps):

  1. Add the Upsell Offers block to your product and cart templates — Add in theme editor.
  2. Enable the Upsell drawer & popup app embed — Enable in theme editor.
  3. Add the checkout / thank-you app blocks — Open checkout editor.

Create an offer

  1. Open Apps → Upsells → Offers and create an offer.
  2. Pick the type, the trigger products, and what to recommend.
  3. Choose placements, a card design preset, and copy / discount.
  4. Enable and test on the storefront.
  5. After real traffic, review Analytics and iterate.

Analytics

Upsells → Analytics has its own date range (Today, Last 7 / 30 / 90 days, Year to date) and compares with the previous period. Ranges are counted in store-calendar days (the store's timezone), not the browser's, so Today matches what the dashboard and reports call today.
