Intro
Two reports look at shipped activity from the product side and the customer side. Both use the same active-label rules as the rest of Reports.
Products / line items
Question: which products went out, how many units, and on how many shipments?

Shipped products table

| COGS | Product cost from your catalog |
Sorted by line-item cost, capped at 500 rows. Line-item cost is the order line price.
Use it for
- Which products drive shipping volume during a promotion
- Products with missing COGS (blank column) that need a cost in the catalog
- Feeding weights and dimensions fixes back into Products → Bulk Editor
Customers
Question: who did we ship to, and what did each customer cost to fulfill?

- Spotting customers whose shipping cost outweighs their order value
- Finding repeat customers who could be merged into fewer boxes — see Shipments → Split & merge
