Account, plans & billing
How long is the free trial, and what do the plans cost?
The trial is 7 days, and it does not need a credit card. After that, Basic is $14.99 a month, Pro is $69.99 a month, and Enterprise is $249.99 a month. Yearly billing is two months free (17% less).
What happens after the free trial?
Pick Basic, Pro, or Enterprise under Billing → Change Plan. Your data, stores, and settings are kept either way; features your new plan does not include simply lock until you upgrade.
What is the difference between the plans?
Basic covers orders, shipments, Scan & Ship, labels, documents, and tags for one store and two users. Pro adds the Advanced tools (automation rules, hooks, custom fields, conditions, visibility, bulk editor, …), merge rules, Webhook Status, Collective Partner, and the Delivery Calendar app, for up to three stores and ten users. Enterprise adds every other app (Rate Shopper, Shipping Rates, Upsells, Add-Ons, Inventory Management, Weather), advanced reporting, API and webhooks, and priority support, with no limits. Full matrix in Profile & billing.
Is there an order volume limit?
No. Every plan has unlimited orders and shipments — plans differ by features, stores, and team members.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe — all major cards. Invoices, receipts, and payment methods are managed in Stripe's billing portal from the Billing page. StoresBoost does not bill through Shopify.
Can I switch plans or billing period later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Yearly billing saves 17% (two months free).
What happens when I hit a limit?
Adding a store or team member beyond the plan limit shows an upgrade prompt. Nothing existing is removed — you just cannot add more until you upgrade.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Billing → Cancel Subscription keeps access until the period ends; Reactivate restores it. There are no cancellation fees.
An app shows an "Upgrade" badge although I pay for it
Three things must line up: the plan includes the app, your role has the app's view permission, and the app's own switch is on. See Apps → Overview.
How do I change my name, email, or password?
User menu → Profile. See Profile & billing.
