A menu item is missing for one person

Their role lacks the permission, or the plan does not include the feature. Compare with Collaboration → Permissions → Role matrix, then adjust the role. See Roles & permissions.

How do I invite someone?

Collaboration → Team → Invite Member (email, optional name and role) sends an invitation link. Create Member sets them up with a temporary password instead. Team member limits depend on the plan.

What are departments for?

Grouping people and granting roles to the whole group. The Packing department also populates the Packed by picker on shipments. See Departments.

Can a packer see only their queue?

Create a Visibility rule under Advanced → Visibility targeting the department — see Visibility.

Which roles see Weather or Reports?

Reports need View analytics (default Admin, Manager, Staff, Viewer). Weather is Admin-only by default — add View weather to packer roles that should refresh forecasts.

What do the alert levels mean?

Critical (data loss or a store not syncing) → in-app, Slack, and email when configured; Error → in-app and Slack; Warning and Info → in-app only. See Alerts.

An alert keeps coming back

Fix the cause and Re-check. If it is expected behaviour, resolve it as Expected behaviour or False positive — that suppresses it for 30 days.

Who can see Alerts?

Anyone with the Edit orders permission.

I have several stores — where am I?

The store switcher near the top sets the active store for every list and setting. Always check it before packing or changing Integration / Advanced settings.
