Orders & sync
An order is in Shopify but not in StoresBoost
Run Order sync from the top bar first. If it still does not appear, check Webhook Status for webhook health and Alerts for Order import failed or Orders missing locally. A Store Filter may also be skipping it on purpose.
The order is here but has no shipment
Shipments are built after import. Look for Shipment creation pending / failed alerts, and check whether a Shipment Filter (for digital goods, for example) skipped it. The Shipment Synced column on Orders shows Synced vs Pending.
Why do I see the same order twice?
Usually a re-import after a store reconnect. StoresBoost raises a Duplicate order alert; open it and follow the linked records. Contact support if the duplicate persists after a re-check.
Order tags in StoresBoost differ from Shopify tags
StoresBoost tags are a separate, colored library managed under Advanced → Tags; Shopify's raw tags are not the same list. The only tag StoresBoost writes back to Shopify is the optional Merged Order Tag. See Orders → Tags.
The Tags button is enabled with nothing selected — what does it do?
It opens Manage Tags: create a tag with New Tag or delete one with the trash icon without going to Advanced → Tags. Select orders first and it becomes Select Tags for applying. See Manage tags from the list.
What happens if I delete a tag that is in use?
The confirmation tells you first: how many orders and shipments carry it and which automation rules and routines reference it. Delete anyway removes it from all of them and cannot be undone. If old orders should keep the label, mark the tag Inactive instead. See Deleting tags.
How do I build a queue for one team?
Use Filter to narrow the list (status, tags, dates, customer, item properties), then Save view so the team reuses it. See Filters and Views.
Can I sort the list?
Click Order Date, Age, or Delivery Date headers — ascending, descending, then cleared.
Where does the delivery date come from?
From the Delivery Calendar app at checkout, or from your store's Delivery Date Mapping under Integration → Stores → Configuration. It appears on orders and shipments and drives the Delivery Date filters. Staff can change or remove it on an open shipment from the Dates card — see Change or clear the delivery date.
What are draft orders?
Orders you build in StoresBoost before they exist in Shopify. Available on Pro and Enterprise. See Draft Orders.
What is "Print & sync"?
Print prints configured documents for the selection; Sync Shipment on an order pushes its fulfillment state to Shopify and the fulfillment provider. See Print & Order sync.
What replaced "Integration Status"?
It is now Webhook Status under Integration, with more detail: Live activity (every webhook from Shopify as it arrives, with stuck / held warnings), Delivery history (what StoresBoost pushed back to Shopify and the provider), Connection health, and Carrier services including the checkout rate requests log. See Webhook Status.
Why does an order carry a "Payment pending" hold?
Shipments of unpaid orders (invoices, manual payment, or orders edited to owe more) are held until the store marks them paid — see Shipment settings → Hold Shipments Until Paid.
