Integration
Stores
Connect your Shopify store and manage the connection.
Intro
The store connection is the foundation — it brings orders, products, and fulfillment status into StoresBoost, and pushes your shipping work back to Shopify.
Connect a store
- Open Integration → Stores.
- Click Connect / Add store.
- Enter your Shopify shop domain when asked.
- Approve the requested permissions in Shopify Admin.
- Back in StoresBoost, the store appears in the store switcher.
- Let the initial sync run, then check Orders → Awaiting.
Manage an existing store
- Switch stores from the store switcher near the top.
- Check health under Webhook Status.
- Reconnect when tokens expire — Shopify will ask you to re-authorize.
Store configuration
Open a store from Integration → Stores to reach its Configuration page — a set of cards, each with its own dialog:
| Card | What it sets |
|---|---|
| General | Currency, timezone and date format. A freshly connected Shopify store picks up the timezone from Shopify automatically, so times show in your local zone instead of UTC; change it here if needed |
| Fulfillment Provider / Default Shipping Carrier | Where shipments go and which carrier is preselected — see Fulfillment Providers and Carriers |
| Order import | Which orders are imported and whether Shopify timeline comments come along |
| Shopify admin | What StoresBoost shows inside your Shopify admin — see below |
| Delivery Date Mapping, Status mapping, Value mapper, Shipping Method Mapping | How Shopify values are translated on import |
Shopify admin → Order page block
The Shopify admin card has one switch, Order page block, off by default. Turn it on and every order page in Shopify admin gets a StoresBoost block showing that order's shipments (with status, tracking and holds), splits and merges, the timeline, and — when an order has no shipment — the filter or rule that stopped one being created, so customer service can answer "where is it?" without leaving Shopify. Turn it off and nothing from StoresBoost appears in Shopify.
Tips
- Orders missing after connect? Run Order sync and review recent runs — import filters can skip orders intentionally.
- Multi-store merchants: always verify the active store before packing.
