Dashboard

Dashboard

Your home screen — setup guide for new accounts, store overview once connected.

Intro

Dashboard is the first screen after sign-in. What it shows depends on where you are in setup: a guided checklist for brand-new accounts, or a store overview once Shopify is connected.

Purpose

  • Point new merchants through setup in the right order
  • Give returning users a quick health check before the day starts
  • Confirm which store you are working in (multi-store accounts)

If you see the Setup Guide

You have no connected store yet. Follow the checklist in order:

  1. Connect a Shopify store — the step opens Integration → Stores; authorize in Shopify and return.
  2. Add a warehouse (ship-from address) — see Advanced → Warehouses.
  3. Connect a carrier for labels — see Integration → Carriers.
  4. Confirm orders are importing under Orders → Awaiting.

When a store is active, the setup guide is replaced by the store overview.

If you see the store overview

  1. Check the greeting shows the correct store name — switch stores from the store switcher if not.
  2. Use the Quick actions to jump into Orders, Shipments, or Reports.
  3. Lists look empty or stale? Run Order sync from the top bar — see Print & Order sync.
  4. Sync problems persisting? Check Integration → Webhook Status.

Tips

  • Always confirm the active store before packing or changing settings.
  • Billing prompts on the Dashboard mean plan features (Tags, Apps, …) may be locked until the subscription is active — see Account & alerts.
