Orders

Columns

Show or hide fields on the Orders table to match how your team works.

Intro

Columns controls which fields appear on the Orders table. Every teammate can focus the grid on what they need — dates, customer, payment, sync status — without changing which orders are in the list.

Purpose

Reduce noise and surface the fields your role cares about. Filters decide which orders; Columns decide what you see about them.

How it helps

  • Packing leads can emphasize Age, Items, and Delivery Date
  • CS can emphasize Customer, Payment Status, and Tags
  • Less horizontal scrolling on smaller screens

How to use Columns

  1. Open any Orders list.
  2. Click Columns.
  3. Check or uncheck fields.
  4. Use Select All, Deselect All, or Reset to Default when needed.

Fields you can show

Typical columns include: Order #, Tags, Order Date, Age, Delivery Date, Shipped, Items, Recipient, Customer, Shipping Method, Payment Status, Total Qty, Total, Shipment Synced, Status.

  • Shipped is when the order's most recent label was created; blank until one of its shipments has a label. Click the header to sort.
  • Shipping Method is the checkout shipping line (several names are joined when the order has more than one).
  • Total is the order total. The header itself does not sort. To order the list by amount, open Filter and add Order Total in the Sort section.

Sort

Separately from Columns, click sortable headers (Order Date, Age, Delivery Date, Shipped, Items, Total Qty) to change sort order; shift+click adds a second level. Default is newest order date first. Total, Shipping Method, Payment Status, and Status are sorted from the Filter popover, not by clicking those headers. Multi-level sorting, item fields, and custom value orders are in the Sort section of the Filter popover.
